Meet Janice

Janice V. Kapner is a widely regarded strategic communications and brand executive known for distilling complexity into clear, compelling narratives that accelerate performance and guide organizations through transformation. With more than three decades supporting Fortune 50 companies and technology innovators, she has become a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-suite leaders, boards, and executive teams navigating brand evolution, cultural change, crisis response, and organizational growth. As T-Mobile’s former Chief Communications & Corporate Responsibility Officer, Janice built and scaled a 160-person global organization, helped lead the company’s turnaround, and played an instrumental role in the historic $26 billion Sprint merger. Her leadership contributed to T-Mobile’s rise to become the largest U.S. wireless provider, increasing revenue from $21 billion to more than $80 billion. She previously held senior positions at Microsoft, leading global communications for the $20 billion Office division and supporting the launch of Office 365.
